	The main church structure is finished. Interior work is about 90% finished. Enough is done to begin having services.

Mother Nancy and LEM Russ are poised and ready to receive the congregation into the new/old sanctuary.

		The congregation and some seekers arrive. Mother Nancy delivers her first homily in our beautiful new sanctuary.

The San Juan Island Jazz Band christens the sanctuary with some toe-tapping jazz renditions of Christmas Carols.

			Eucharist is served as the congreation formed a huge circle around the sanctuary. In the Presence of the Spirit all is well and the work of God begins anew.

Our first community event was a Christmas Concert featuring Susan Osborn, soloist; Ritambhara Tyson, cello; Gene Nery, guitar and Martin Lund, piano. It was a grand event, joyous in every aspect.
